● Our kittens are born and raised in our home and receive very special attention.
We take great care and effort to socialize our kittens daily with members of our family.
We socialize them daily and begin this process from the day they are born.
We require a reservation that is non-refundable. When the litter is born and your name comes up, you will be notified to select the kitten you want to be a part of your life for years of love and affection to come. The first person on the waiting list who has prepaid in full has priority, and so on. Those on the waiting list who have not paid in full, but have paid a reservation and a deposit, will have the first pick of the litter (after the owner/breeder/prepaid); the second person on the list- second pick; etc..
In the event the kitten of your choice is not available in the particular litter available, You may choose to wait for another litter without losing your place on the waiting list.
By placing a Reservation Submission you agree with all Policy Terms and Conditions.
● We offer no guarantees of any particular choice or availability of a kitten.
● There is no guarantee of receiving a kitten until a reservation is made.
We want you to be fully financially committed to adopting a kitten as Reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE.
● Should an unavoidable circumstance happen like the color or gender of the kitten is not what you requested,
The reservation may be transferred to another kitten if available or to a future kitten.
VIDEOS & VISITS:
● Videos and pictures are made available on/after kittens' milestones.
● We offer live VIDEO VISIT. * This service is offered to families that have already placed a Deposit/Reservation
● You assume full responsibility for the health, safety, and welfare, and care of said kitten. Upon receiving the kitten, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for its well-being, including its health, welfare, all necessary care, vaccinations, and any associated veterinary costs from that point forward.
By submitting this reservation request, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the kitten's well-being, including its health, welfare, all necessary care, vaccinations, and any associated veterinary costs from that point forward. Furthermore, you hereby promise and are bound to uphold that you will never allow your kitten to undergo any unnecessary medical procedures or surgeries, especially declawing. This also includes any physical alteration other than vaccinations and sterilization, only if recommended by your board-certified veterinarian.
By submitting this reservation request you hereby agree and understand that there is no guarantee of health or longevity. Like you and I, we do not know what the future holds. Kittens are just like us!
● Our Kittens are raised in a very loving and clean environment. They always have multiple food choices and always fresh water. As a pet owner, it is very important to keep their litter box clean and free of debris it is important to scoop your litter box twice a day and at the very least once a day. Like humans, they want to flush every time. ;)
● Our Kittens are considered "house cats" & they are truly meant to be "Family Members" of your household. They are not feral or meant to live outside.
You agree to keep the cat INDOORS unless it is on a leash or in a pet carrier.

Unfortunate Events
● All new owners agree never to sell, lease, or give the cat away to any pet shop, research laboratory, or similar facility.
● By Adopting/Purchasing/Submitting an Application you hereby agree. You agree that if an unfortunate and unavoidable event happens in which, once the adoption is complete, you are no longer able to care for said cat you will surrender said cat back to the seller.
● Should an unavoidable circumstance happen (like the kitten being unfit for adoption as advised by the vet or the death of an early reserved kitten), the client who reserved with or without a deposit, or paid in full, may only opt to transfer that reservation to another kitten if available or for a future kitten from the next or another available litter. HOW DO I PICK UP MY KITTEN?
● Kittens can be picked up in person in our chosen area.
● *WE DO offer courier delivery to some Virginia locations for a fee which varies on your location. *
● National and International courier delivery is not available. We have never & will never ship our kittens.
* Reservation + Deposit + Delivery fee is required at least 7 days before Adoption Day!
